These terms explain how you can use Kovva. This is a draft summary for review, not final legal text.

Using Kovva

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in Nigeria, or have a parent or guardian agree for you. Keep your login private and tell us if someone else gets in.

Your account

You need one account, with your real name and an email you can reach. Your username and photo must not pretend to be someone else. You are responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Orders, payment and delivery

Prices are in naira and are confirmed at checkout. You can pay online through Paystack (card, bank transfer and more; Paystack’s fee is shown as its own line) or with your Kovva wallet. An order is placed only once we have confirmed your payment. Delivery fees and delivery times are shown at checkout. Once an order is paid it can’t be cancelled; you can follow it as Pending, Shipped for delivery and Delivered.

Returns and refunds

You can return eligible items as set out in our Return and refund policy. Refunds are paid into your Kovva wallet, which you can use for your next order.

Posts and Style Battles

Your photos stay yours. By posting, you let Kovva show them in the app and in Style Battles. Only post photos you have the right to share. No nudity, hate, bullying, or misleading product tags. We may hide posts and suspend accounts that break these rules. Battle votes are final.

KAI and virtual try-on

KAI suggests outfits and makes try-on previews using AI. Suggestions can be wrong and a try-on is a preview, not an exact fit. Only upload photos of yourself. Daily limits apply, and KAI may be switched off at times.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in Settings. It is hidden and signed out straight away, and you can sign in within 30 days to restore it. After that it is closed and can’t be restored. Wallet money can’t be used once the account is closed, so contact us first if you have a balance. We may also close accounts that seriously break these terms.
